Born in Jamaica and currently residing in Los Angeles, Nandi Flipzz has been producing music for over a decade. His catalog spans seemingly all genres including Bass Trap, Dance Pop, Dancehall, and EDM. Moreover, he continues to push the envelope with each release by incorporating classical music theory into his productions. His inspirations a vast in size but always comes back to Timbaland, Pharrell Williams, Flume, Flosstradamus, Diplo, and KILLBOY just to name a few. He maintains a consistentcy with each release even if working in completely different genres. His long term goal is to be known as the Quincy Jones of the new generation because of his Jedi-like patience. He's often said he'll keep working everyday to grow as an artist. Even if that day never comes. His passion for music in unwavering. Every week he listens to New Music Friday and Discover Weekly to stay on top of not only new releases from the world's biggest acts, but also new emerging artists as well. He loves to hear songs that embrace technology, songs with special effects that can only be produced in the 21st century.
He's toured around the country alongside acts such as Famous Dex, MadeinTYO, and BONNIE X CLYDE. His performances can only be described as raw unadulterated energy. He loves to take the audience on a journey as well as teach them new dance moves. That's because as a teenager, he was apart of the local Dance Crew and thought that would be his career path.
