J Mag

J Mag (a South Jersey native), entered the HipHop scene after being published with ASCAP in 2008. Within the proceeding years, he developed and evolved his sound in hopes to deliver genuine and sincere content to his fans. At it’s essence, Mag’s sound revolves around the idea of relatable heartfelt content that is not only creative, but unique to his audience. This dedication and love for his craft, lead to the release of two mixtapes: “Sincerely Yours" (Hosted by DJ NoPhrillz) and "Fired Up" (The Mixtape) available on SoundCloud. Without wasting a beat, J Mag began to carve himself a spot amongst his fellow MCs in not only the Jersey scene, but in Philadelphia as well- a place he considers to be his second home. His entry into the Philly scene, culminated partnering up with Engineer Jay-O (HQ Studios). Working with the likes of producer Hank McCoy, rapper Sean Vegas, and Philly’s own Shawn Smith; J Mag is planning on releasing a number of projects to start off 2018 with a bang. ~Joe Romano
