Anna Svensdotter

Swedish flutist educated at the Academy of Music at the University of Gothenburg, and belongs to the handful of Swedish flutists who focus on experimental music and new flute techniques. She plays mostly solo and chamber music, and preferably in ensembles that work with improvisation, for example in Trio Ek / Janson / Svensdotter and newly started Parkour. In the spring of 2013, the critically acclaimed solo CD "Alpha Waves" was released with newly written Swedish music for flute and electronics.
