About this artist
Born in Ibadan, Oyo State in 1995, Nigerian record producer and singer Young Jonn started learning an instrument as a child. He formed his first group, AVG, with his brothers but it didn’t really took off. He went on to study Communication and Language at Ibadan University before signing on as a producer at Hit Factory in 2012. His breakthrough came after producing some tracks for Olamide in 2014, including the hit single “Story for the Gods.” This led to work with numerous artists, including Davido, Lil Kesh, and Flavour. After a decade of record producing, Jonn signed to Chocolate City and released two EPs, Love Is Not Enough, Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. ~ Liam Martin
