Watching a Tiesto play in Copenhagen, Denmark was the moment that Queensland, Australia native Taglo bit the trance progressive bug hard, devoting his time to becoming one of the state’s leading producers and dj.
The journey from Copenhagen saw him enter dj competitions and achieve a Bachelor of Multimedia, majoring in sound production.
He already has several releases including releases on Max Freegrant’s ‘Big Toys Production’ and ‘Skyfall Records’.
Now he plays some of the top QLD clubs such as Platinum Nightclub, Family Nightclub and Bounce.
This has led to support slots with djs like MaRLo (no.1 Australian Trance Dj); Beat Service; Aruna, Maor Levi; LTN; Tenishia; The Thrillseekers;, Myon & Shane 54; Allen & Envy; and Genix.
But being successful is only part of the story for Taglo – his peers and some of worlds best djs have backed him. Support for his releases has come from Gareth Emery, DJ Feel, Paul Oakenfold, Paul Van Dyk, Dimension, Vintage & Morelli and many more.
Progressive trance is the genre, but with Taglo playing it this is music that touches, uplifts and gives voice to what we always knew was within us.
