READ BEFORE YOU HIT FOLLOW!

It’s a little bit weird if the number of followers increases while the number of plays remains constant. The few people I follow are artists that impressed me with their music and style (most of all “Radiofriendly”) and I am following them because I want to be informed whenever they upload new material. I can’t imagine how it might be possible to really follow hundreds of artists or just approve them worthy without listening to one single track. So I won’t waste one single second of my time by listening to a track of someone spending his days randomly clicking “follow” at thousands of profiles just to attract attention.

BIOGRAPHY

Solveris was formerly unknown as “Sons of Light“ and was founded in 2002. We had a regular line-up of six musicians but never managed to get all together at the same time. However, after our drummer and our bass player left in 2004 because of other bands they were playing in, we tried to get along with substitutes. But unfortunately they remained substitutes, and we split up in early 2005.

The band was reborn in late 2011 with Heiko (the first drummer, who was not so busy any more) and Raoul (who played one guitar at Sons of Light) and changed the name to “Solveris” (which means something like “spring sun”). To keep the line-up small, Raoul decided to do the guttural vocals himself (can't be too hard) and Heiko was forced to do some clean tunes while drumming. When Christian, one of the guitarists of “Fenfire”, joined the band as bass player, the line-up was completed.

Small note regarding new material: downloading is not disabled because of any fucking copyright reasons but because the recordings are not final yet. downloading will be available as soon as we're totally satisfied with the results.
