Scarlett first hooked up with songwriters Graham Kearns and Judie Tzuke in 2011. They gave her the bug and introduced her to the music industry! They wrote some songs and about a year later Scarlett met up with Ashley Slater (Freak Power) and they began working together, at first just toplining for other artists and eventually writing for themselves and their band, a new project - Kitten and the Hip.

Kitten and The Hip are an Electro Swing Poptastic duo and are currently hitting popular venues and knuckling down in the studio constantly writing new material. They have radio play on stations Radio Reverb, Jazz FM, Capital Radio and BBC Introducing. KATH's first single Don't You Worry was signed to Hedkandi records in 2012. Their second single Shut Up And Dance is out soon on 3Star Deluxe this February 15th. They are looking forward to a busy festival season this year at some of Europe's biggest festivals.

In 2012 Scarlett had a some success as a featured artist and writer on the world wide number one selling album Netsky 2, featuring on two tracks on the album, Come Alive and No Beginning and also touring with the Netsky Live Tour over the summer on some of the worlds biggest festival stages including headlining at Pukkelpop.

Scarlett also featured on Manufactured Superstars track Take Me Over in 2011, raising her profile and creating a fan base. Bingo Players were one of the DJ's to remix the track. She is currently working on a follow up single.

Scarlett recently co wrote and featured on a track for new producers Skreamin Colours. The song titled Nothing was released on Rub a Duck Records and is available to buy on iTunes.
