Los Angeles based DJ / producer, Placebo eFx is the alter-ego of Jason Trevor Miller, aka tech house rising-star, @ReduxSaints . Placebo eFx came to life in September 2018 as a necessary outlet for him to express the more melodic side of his productions and has already caught the ears of global tastemakers including Sasha, Pete Tong, Chus & Ceballos, Riva Starr, Kryder, Joseph Capriati, Paul Oakenfold, Gus Gus and many more.

Placebo eFx has provided a natural shift in gears away from the driving, upfront tech house sound for which Redux Saints is becoming so well-known and allowed Miller to broaden the scope of his creativity, through a series of quality releases ranging across progressive house and melodic techno. Early influences include Sasha & Digweed and the Placebo eFx sound is reminiscent of that classic era of electronic music.

Placebo eFx has released on labels including Krafted Underground, Suffused and the fast-rising, @DeepTechLa Records, where he has released his biggest tracks to date.

It only takes one listen to understand how deeply Placebo eFx connects to his music. He has the innate ability to pull the listener into a world full of mesmerising synths, uplifting riffs and pulsating basslines, and once you step over the line there’s no going back until the lights come on.
