Pierre Passereau

A French composer of the Renaissance, c.1509 – 1547.

Passereau (c. 1485-1548) a clerk who sang tenor at the Chapel of King Francis I. He specialized in the narrative (and often ribald) chanson, leaving only one motet and no masses
