Misha Dichter

Misha Dichter (b. 1945) is a classical pianist, one half of the accomplished duo with his wife Cipa Dichter. He was born in Shanghai, where his Polish parents were refugees at the outbreak of World War II. Misha moved to Los Angeles with his family at the age of two and began music studies a few years later. While a student at Juilliard School, Dichter won the silver medal at the 1966 International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow.
