South African rapper and singer from Soweto, Gauteng, the Republic of South Africa performing with lyrics in English and Zulu.

Formerly a member of Saudi Western, a group of artists from the Southwestern Township which also included Pro Kid, L-Tido, Sean Pages, Morale, Zee and Omen. From the mid-nineties through to the early 2000's Maggz was predominantly known as Pro Kid's hype man. He later formed the Glitterati with L-Tido, Morale and Sean Pages. He can often be heard on South African hip-hop albums singing soulful hooks in his distinct style and delivery. In 2006 he released his debut mixtape "Sorry for the long wait". His debut album "The Breakout" was released in 2009 and was nominated for the album of the year award on Metro FM.
