“John F. Kennedy” Out Now!!!
Lil Man J started his music career when he was 13, recording songs with his earbud wires and Garageband app on his phone. He quickly learned that was not the quality of music he needed for success. Just two years later he got his first job working as a car detailer for some money to put towards his music career. Through friends at work, he was able to get studio time at a studio located in Charlotte, NC. From there he recorded his studio single, "Imma Be Alright" which has been streamed over 65,000+ times.
Born in 2005 and raised in the fine York city of northern South Carolina, Lil Man J released his 10th single, "Imma Be Alright" which started paving his way towards success in the music industry. The Song was written in regards to his personal life and was recorded when times were displeasing for the artist. Quickly after the song was released, the record started getting traction and caught the eye of a few independent record labels.
Not Scared to try different styles of music, the artist released, "Pretty Girl" which had a different rhythm from any of his previous songs. Lil Man J predominantly focuses on the genre of hip-hop called melodic rap, with his main inspiration being Polo G. The artist has gotten some recognition from independent labels but stays unsigned as of right now.
