The Chamber Orchestra Of The Latvian State Philharmonic (in Latvian: Latvijas Valsts filharmonijas kamerorķestris) is one of the premier orchestras in Latvia. Founded in 1967 by cellist Ernests Bertovskis, but from 1969 leaded by violist and later conductor Tovijs Lifšics (Tovy Lifshitz).
