Kano

Italian disco/italo-disco/electro project.

Based in Italy, it was led by producers, songwriters and musicians (guitars), (keyboards), and (producer), often with deep r'n'b vocals from .

They released three early 1980s albums, scoring dancefloor hits with "" (1980), "It's A War" (1980), and "" (1981).

Although Kano is considered the starter of italo-disco by many, it also served as a bridge to electro and breakdance later in the 1980s.
