Through adaptability and an ear for a variety of music, Toronto-based multi-instrumentalist,
producer, and singer-songwriter Jesse Lucas has carved out a unique lane for himself through his
work in a variety of genres. Influenced by rock legends like Led Zeppelin, Pop juggernauts like
Prince, and Hip-Hop pioneers like Dr. Dre, Jesse Lucas alchemizes an array of inspiration to
create at will.
His malleability as a producer has resulted in extensive work with electronic producer and artist
Karl Wolf, rapper Jalen Santoy, and indie artist SUHO. Before finding his voice and stepping out
from behind the producer boards, Jesse Lucas also took his adaptive talents through the festival
circuit as a DJ. His most notable DJ performances included opening for AKON’s Canadian Tour
dates at the age of 18, as well as performing alongside Tchami, Disclosure, DVVBS, Zeds Dead & more in 2015.
