Indigenous originated in the year 2001 when rap accomplices Spok and Static served their grocery-raps to cooking DJ Glue. The result seemed to turn out quite tasty and resulted in a first demo called demoN. The year after, a second demo came out, titled "van all ear", a west-flemish translation for "Indigenous", because that's where the boys originate from: West - Flanders, the city of Bruges.
