With an all-embracing intro to music and a strong love of keyboards it figures Flaurese would form a musical project of sorts.

Despite keeping a low profile, a blossoming journey seems inevitable for the artist & musician after being backed by Monki as one to watch in 2018

Flaurese takes a well rounded approach to production by carving out elements of records ranging from Parliament Funkadelic to Basement Jaxx to create a unique listening experience. Alongside having a personal mission to extend the remit of dance music and get people glued to sound in a genre that is often misconstrued, Flaurese uses his St Lucian and French/Guianese heritage to delve deeper into the crevices of rave culture.

As well as curating the 'Companera' show which was debuted on Rinse FM in 2019, Flaurese has also contributed live mixes showcasing his well versed music taste on some of the UK’s most coveted, forward thinking radio stations including Balamii and Reprezent Radio. He has also enjoyed radio play of his own work, including by Carista of NTS, Monki, Claira Hermet and Stephanie Newenhouse’s shows on the BBC, Yasmin of Mexico's Aire Libre and Samir of Sweden’s Svergies Radio.

2020 will see the release of Flaurese’s debut EP, more editions of the 'Companera' show along with a number of delectable remixes, furthering his quest to leave a footprint on the dance floor.
