We’ve been proud to help you market your music online and grow your audience over the last three years. Today we’re announcing that Songwhip’s subscription and free services will be ending effective July 22, 2024.

We know this change may affect you and we're here to help with the transition. Below you'll find answers to questions about next steps and what it means for your Songwhip pages and links.

I’m a paid Songwhip subscriber. How does this change impact me?

Effective July 22, 2024 you will no longer be able to login to create, claim or edit, track, album, or artist pages that belong to you. The dashboard will become unavailable as well, so you will be unable to see performance of pages you have created. Any links you have previously shared will become inaccessible.

I use Songwhip’s free link services. How does this change impact me?

Effective July 22, 2024 you will no longer be able to login or create free links. Any links you have previously shared will also become inaccessible.

Will I be refunded if I’ve already paid for my subscription in advance?

Yes, we will prorate your refund based on the time your subscription is active. If you would like to immediately cancel your subscription and be refunded, you can do that by contacting us at [email protected].

What will happen to the pages I’ve already created?

All existing pages will become inaccessible. That means that any links you’ve previously shared in ads or social media will stop working. Keep in mind any pre-save pages with release dates afterJuly 22, 2024 will become inaccessible.

I have already activated a pre-save campaign for a release launching after July 22, 2024. What happens now?
