Born Owen Moncrieffe, this young sound technician (and wannabe dancehall star) found his way into the reggae world when he started listening to Capleton and found Rastafari. A name change later and Fantan Mojah was born. The shift was a good one: Mojah's gruff, conscious lyricism and down-to-earth persona have helped launch several hits already, including the catchy "Hungry" and the effective "Hail the King." One to watch.
