As a self taught producer from Camden, New Jersey whose diligence is spent helping other notable artists on their projects, today he boasts more of his musical creativity with lyrics, flow, and triple entendres that exposes his version of the world. Music producer and hip‑hop artist Don Michael Jr. better known as Traxx Trigga has released his latest album titled Three Day on iTunes. The album extends appreciation to icons such as Dr. Dre, and Timbaland and other inspirations; homage is heard throughout the album, especially titled tracks on the album such as “Kanye” and “Co‑Kane”. After unleashing Co‑Kane, which samples the hit record “Set it Off” by Big Daddy Kane. Don tweeted to Big Daddy Kane and got an immediate response, with the legend quoting lyrics and calling Don’s word play “sick”. Big Daddy Kane went to say that Don Michael “did his thing” and that he is “probably the first person he respected using his beat since Mariah Carey.” Hip‑ hop activist Don Michael wanted to give listeners something more with this album. He spent time filming studio sessions cross‑country from Pennsylvania to California. Music‑lovers listened and he accepted in sincere feedback from people declaring he has some classics on his hands. After allowing the people to have an inside glance at his creations, these videos were made public on his YouTube channel.

Since the releases of the album that almost cracked the top 100 iTunes album charts, he’s opened up for Jadakiss, and soon to be Meek Mill, but due to his untimely incarceration, that performance is postponed. With the launch of his website www.DNMCHLJR.com he put out a short film for the song “No Seats at the Top” along with the free release of the album & a “Field Day Pack” with all the instrumentals and vocals from the album which has sparked a movement of producers world wide remixing songs for Threeday.

With a past of songwriting/producing for artist such as Bad Boy’s Cassie, Universal’s Angel Haze, Cash Money Records Ashley Ring, Veronica V, and Chris Richardson, Hollywood Records girl group The Charlie’s, Asylum Records girl group Parade, KPop group SHINEe, and even writing hooks for the likes of Red Cafe, Rick Ross, Busta Rhymes, and bunch of other relevant artist, it’s easy to see why Don Michael seems to understand song-making on a different level.
