Houston’s Crime Boss debuted in 1994, guesting on a track from Eightball & MJG’s On the Outside Looking In. The hardcore rapper found his own solo deal on the group’s Suave House label one year later and released All in the Game in 1995. As part of a deal with Relativity, Crime Boss’ second album Conflicts & Confusion found a much wider issue upon its release in mid-1997. ~ John Bush
