About this artist
The name comes from one of the Many festivals from my native country Venezuela . “Devils of Yare”, it is famous for the transcendental experience from the festival, which plays mainly Tribal Afro Venezuelan rhythms with drums and melodic chants, its traditional Dance, red clothing and multicolor psychedelic masks.
It lasts for 4 days and it is celebrated in February at a small town called YARE approximately two hours from the capital Caracas, it was originated by black people, but today it’s celebrated by all people and cultures.
Part of my musical expression is to bring all this experiences and live elements into my music, that transmit positive energy and a direct connection with our souls.
I started to make electronic influenced music in 1997 with my mpc akai , sampler and working recording and mixing for major NYC recording studios.
My last creations have a more dub oriented sound and feeling ,with a deep bass sound and tribal rhythms that mixed down with ass shaking grooves.
I hope that my music takes you to nice places and finds a way to channel your expression and creativity with a positive flow.
