Thomas Lindahl

Swedish composer, producer, arranger and musician, born February 16, 1953 in Malmö.

He started with theater music in Malmö in the 1970s (Studioteatern, Skånska Teatern, Malmö Stadsteater), studied musicology and composition and moved to Stockholm in 1980 to work with music for theater, ballet and pantomime, including at Dramaten, Pantomimteatern and Riksteatern . In 1984 he made music for Allan Edwalls Åke and his world and has since made a lot of music for feature films and TV. In 1993, Lindahl made his debut as an opera composer with Alice in Wonderland at Lillan at the Gothenburg Opera, where he later became a house composer. Lindahl has also written music for the film adaptation of the Sune series, such as Sune's Christmas and Sune's summer. After that he has written several more operas and some musical theater performances, as well as a recurring collaboration with music and poetry with Jacques Werup.
