Tactless Sag

TACTLESS SAG is a Chicago native who relocated to the suburbs when she was a kid; She resided in the slums of Harvey, IL, and spent most of her life traveling back and forth between the city she loved and the suburbs she wanted to escape. The division between the city and suburbs was quite evident, but the poverty of the ghetto and crime in both places was the same. Tactless turned to music at a very early age after entering a poetry contest in 6th grade and stunned the entire school with her words. Tactless has always had a talent for mesmerizing a crowd with the crazy thoughts trapped in her mind.

At the age of 15, she began turning her pain into poetry and music as a way to escape the reality of what she was living! her music speaks life, and rarely will you find her releasing music about something she hasn't experienced. Tactless relocated to Tempe, AZ, in 2007, trying to escape her concrete jungle, searching for peace in her tormented mind amongst palm trees and mountains. As she would soon discover, you have to deal with your inner demons no matter where you go. tactless moved to Phoenix in 2008, where she resides to this day. When you have a passion for something, age, money, and time doesn't matter.

She always knew she was born with a gift and IS ready to share it with the world! Growing frustrated with trying to get her vision across to other artists and producers, she began the journey of teaching herself how to use The Maschine MK2, Garage Band, and Logic to create her own tracks. Once she learned that, she taught herself how to Mix and Master music, she then began to compose music for herself and other artists. Tactless also wrote her first book, INNOCENCE LOST ( FROM TIMID TO TACTLESS), which is available on Amazon Kindle in Paperback and Ebook format. She loves to incorporate different genres into her creative process, including Jazz, Rock, Classical, and live music. This music is a journey, and it takes time and she thanks those who have chosen to go on this journey with her, and she looks forward to giving the world her music.
