Since 1989, Soléil aka DJ MS aka Mike du Soléil
spins the records in some of the most famous
clubs in middle-germany like "Strasse E", "Grotte",
"Kilowatt", "Panzerhof", "Capitol", "Loreleil",
"Musikfabrik" and the middle-age catacombs at the elb
waterside.
Also, he has been resident DJ in europe's biggest
open air location called "Megadrome", where he
constantly fed thousands of partypeople with fresh
tunes and a good mood.
In 1992, when he first met his later Jotown Records
partner, he started his career as a producer of
finest techno and trance-tunes. As a former drummer
he never had problems to use the sparely options of a
commodore amiga to create some
really kickin' beats. Later on, he bought some hardware
synths and changed his Amiga to a PC, so that in 1996
his tracks where nearly 100% made on PC, only a few
samples still had the 8bit-charm of the good old Amiga.
Currently he moderates the radio show "Monday Soundscape"
at spur1-dresden.de, and internet. This is a show for all kinds
of progressive trancetunes in an essential mixing.
