关于此艺人相关信息

While bachata singer Ralphy Dreamz was born in New York, he grew up in thrall of the traditional Dominican music his parents would play around the house. In his teenage years he learned how to play guitar, and during a prolonged stay in the Dominican Republic he also formed his first band, Bachata Dreamz. Ralphy decided to go solo when he turned 18, around the same time his family relocated to Florida, the epicenter of the Latin music industry. Over the next few years he began to develop his own style, which chiefly consisted in adapting songs from other genres into bachata, showing a special predilection for staples of Mexican Regional music. His first album La diferencia, was uploaded to streaming platforms in 2020. Dime que me amas (2021) featured some original material, while Te lo pido por favor (2022) was a collection of Juan Gabriel covers. Ralphy updated his influences for No me importa (2024), an album inspired by the corridos verdes subgenre, and other new trends of Mexican Regional that fused traditional and urban elements. ~ Mariano Prunes
