Classical tenor, born in Algeria. He studied with Alfred Deller, co-founded A Sei Voci in 1977, an ensemble with which he sang for more than 10 years, he worked with the and the , and founded in 1988. He was artistic director of the polyphonic art center of Paris Île-de-France from 1989 to 1997, and he taught at the National Conservatories of music in Lyon and Paris. Today he mainly works as a conductor of vocal ensembles.
