À propos de cet artiste

Every so often, a genuine and authentic voice cuts through the speakers that connects. Nick Smith is one of those voices... A country boy at heart, Nick grew up in the rural community of Enville, Tennessee, dreaming of the day he would make his way to Nashville to pursue music. Throughout high school and college, Nick played baseball, including a successful stint at Troy University. In 2005 he reconnected with his love for music, creating a band that played a variety of college towns in the southern United States. His reputation as a great singer and lively entertainer began to spread. In 2013, Nick kicked it up a notch, moving to Nashville to fulfill his lifelong dream of making it big in Country music.

It didn't take long in Nashville for Nick to begin writing with some well-known writers. He's written song with great songwriters like Ash Bowers, Neal Coty, Galen Griffin, Drew Smith, Jeff Bates, Michael Huffman, and Joe Diffie. Nick was also invited to open for Little Big Town at The Grand Ole Opry. He's gone on to perform at many other big Nashville venues such as the Blue Bird Cafe and The World Famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge.
Driven by a strong desire to succeed, faith in God, and a willingness to learn, Nick has seen his struggles in both the music industry and in life. "One thing life has taught me is that today is a new day. No matter what has happened in your past your future can be written. I think that stems from my days in playing baseball and having that mentality to let the past go. I have made plenty of mistakes in life and I'm nowhere near perfect, but with God on my side and a great support system I've always been able to move forward.”
