Gliding through the Sea" is my latest single release. It captures my love for the ocean and the adventure of surfing in nature. Living a few hours from the coastline means I spend a lot of time dreaming about surfing rather than actually doing it, which was what inspired this song.

This track showcases a unique style, setting it apart from the rest of my songs.

Mitch King is a multi-award-winning, celebrated singer-songwriter from Queensland, Australia. Renowned for his captivating live performances blending his distinctive Southern blues, Australian folk & roots music, Mitch mesmerizes his audiences worldwide.
From humble beginnings as a busker, Mitch has gone on to sell out headline shows to performing at many festivals such as Woodford Folk Festival, St Kilda Music Festival, Blues on Broadbeach and Gympie Muster and supporting artists such as America the Band on their Australian National tour in 2019, Supertramp’s Roger Hodgson and Tones and I.

With over 70 million global streams, including his hit single "Coming Back" featured at the US Green Bay Packers' Open Seasoner football game and topping the Blues Charts, Mitch King's music is a testament to his extraordinary artistry.
In January 2021 Mitch announced his signing to the late Michael Gudinski’s label, Reclusive Records. He released his sophomore EP “The Open Doors” in September 2021 under Reclusive with one of the singles “Oil & Water” (co-written with Mark Lizotte aka “Diesel”) receiving an Honorary Mention from the International Song Writing Competition in 2022.

Now roll forward to present time, Mitch is back in the recording studio working on new music for his independent album release.
