Micah E. Clarke is an American gospel recording artist and worship leader who God has anointed to usher not only his generation, but the world into the presence of the Lord.
Born into a family truly rooted, grounded, and anointed by God for ministry and music, the call of God on his life was unescapable, and already pre-destined. Micah’s first solo at the tender age of 4 was clearly evident of his calling to music and to ministry. As time moved on, the Lord revealed to Micah that his calling was not tied to just singing, but rather he was anointed to “preach the gospel in many ways than one”. Since that time, he has been fulfilling his mandate, and has endeavored to please God in every aspect of his life.
What causes audiences to be so captivated by Micah is not just his extraordinary vocal capabilities, but it’s the anointing that is felt in every note, regardless of the song. His voice has the ability to draw you in and minister straight to the soul.
Micah sees his platform as two-fold: ministry to both God and man. “My job is to minister not only to people’s hearts, but, more importantly, to God’s heart. If I achieve that, then it doesn’t matter what sub-genre the songs I sing may be in, my purpose is being fulfilled”.
In addition to singing and speaking, Micah is a producer, songwriter, CEO, entrepreneur, graphic designer, author, mentor, and student. However, his passion and joy lie in the work of the Kingdom. He lives every day with purpose and meaning, remembering the lyrics to one of his favorite hymns: “only what you do for Christ will last”.
