Taught middle school and high school choirs in the Haslett Public School system. Conductor of the National High School Institute Chorus at Northwestern University. Conducted the Chamber Choir at Lansing Community College. Taught choral education courses at Michigan State University and Western Michigan University. Conductor of the University of Michigan-Flint Summer Academy Chorus. 1985 Director of the SATB Junior High Michigan All-State Honors Choir. 1988 recipient of the Diana Award which is presented for contributions to the arts in the state of Michigan.
