About this artist
Born in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, Mr MRM has lived in Croydon, South London for over 20 years.
He first sang in church aged 7, the start of a life long love of singing, writing, producing and performing music.
Mr MRM sang on the House music hit “Get Away” by the Austrian dance outfit 7th District Inc (EMI).
Wrote and performed the Electro House Smash “Spiritual ft Nathan Haines” by Reel People. This turned out to be the single that launched Papa Records (and their biggest seller to date), renowned for their vocal grooves.
Mr MRM has sung lead at the NTCG National Convention, and with such groups as “Sign Of The Times”. And for a short while with the IDMC choir !
In 2008 Mr MRM won the “Motorokstar” Global singing competition, leading him to meet and work with such Megastars as Fergie (BIP’s), Wyclif Jean, BowWoW, & Busta Rhymes.
Never far from his church roots Mr MRM releases his long awaited album - Love, Life, Laughter & Lord (AWzum Records) in 2013.
