Makoto Shimizu is best known for his drum'n'bass work, inspired by the albums LTJ Bukem "" (1996) and Goldie "" (1995), he has gone on to both produce and remix.
One widely known track was actually the downtempo single "" (2001) featuring vocalist Lori Fine of group Coldfeet, taken from his seminal debut album "" (2003).
