The Latvian National Symphony Orchestra (Latvijas Nacionālais Simfoniskais Orķestris or LNSO), also known as Latvian State Symphony Orchestra is a major symphony orchestra in Latvia. Founded in 1926 by conductor Arvids Parups as Radio Orchestra. It went through several name changes and acquired current name in 1990. Consists of more than 100 musicians. Directed by Ints Dalderis, chief conductor Karel Mark Chichon.
