Swedish opera singer (soprano) and court singer from 1985, born March 30, 1941 in Lösen, Blekinge.
She has appeared in about 100 roles with great breadth at the Royal Theater and Drottningholm's castle theater, including Mozart roles, Mimi and Musetta in La Bohème , the title role in Madama Butterfly, Freia in Rhenguldet, Gutrune in Ragnarök and Micaëla in Carmen. The title role in Salome was one of her biggest successes. She also studied the role of the Empress in Richard Strauss' Die Frau ohne Schatten at the Metropolitan Opera under the conductor .
