About this artist

He is often described as one of the most expressive artiste, as his lyrics gives a voice to those inappropriate thoughts that often exist in a person’s mind but are not always spoken. Stephan Abraham is a Trinidad and Tobago National who currently resides in the U.S., his sobriquet, Kuttit, coming from the term “cutter” perfectly describes someone with the ability to do any and everything possible in one shot and Kuttit does just that. He is not only a performer but an established songwriter, having written for many artistes including Machel Montano, and Farmer Nappy. He is also the owner of the very popular T-shirt line “Soca, Sex and Alcohol” and like his music his t-shirts are just as expressive.

Confident in his ability as a performer and well educated about the business of music, Kuttit is certain that he will climb charts both in the Caribbean and internationally. With a unique blend of contemporary beats, rhythms and melodies that combine Caribbean flavor with urban American flair, this singer/songwriter beckons the masses to move party and enjoy with each note sung. Aimed at being a true crowd pleaser, Kuttit makes every attempt to introduce music that is fresh and intoxicatingly different.

With the release of his 2014 contributions, he is definitely ready for the season. With his first release “Javelins” causing quite a stir, it definitely prepared us for the second release “Preach” which features our super star puppet “Pastor Stewart.” Both tracks were written by Abraham and produced by Clyde “Kool” Headley for Artica productions with co-production on the Javelin track by Peter Wildfire Noel and will be included on his third album scheduled for release just before Carnival 2014.

One can certainly look out for many great things from this musical artist and entrepreneur.
