The Academy of Music’s Girls Choir, Esbjerg was formed 1983 at in Esbjerg, Denmark, as a practise-choir for the students at the conservatoire, but soon became a choir of girls aged 12 to 19 from in and around Esbjerg. The choir is resident at (the former ). The choir was founded by who has been the leader and conductor since the start.
