Kim Sanders 1948-2013.Trail blazer of world music in Sydney, Australia. Playing traditional music from Bulgaria, Turkey and Macedonia principally, he also performed in South American, African and Indonesia bands. He composed wonderful music well rooted in these cultures. Favourite instrument the Turkish Ney, then Gaida (Bagpipes) from the Balkans, but also his trusty Selmer tenor.
