Jason Richardson is an American guitarist. He is best known as the former guitarist of Born of Osiris, and Chelsea Grin. His playing style is extremely fast and technical. He currently works as both a solo artist and as an official member of All That Remains. He is also a sponsored artist of Ernie Ball Music Man.
On February 5, 2009, age 17-18 Richardson replaces Chris Storey All Shall Perish as a touring member. In early 2010 Richardson left All Shall Perish and was asked to join Born of Osiris and he did as a full-time.
In late 2011, Richardson was kicked out of Born of Osiris then early 2012, he immediately joined Chelsea Grin and was chosen due to lot of experiences of playing guitar for years.
On September 21, 2015, Richardson leaves Chelsea Grin as his decision and forms his own solo band.
In 2016, Richardson released his debut solo album entitled I. produced by Taylor Larson. The album featured ex- The Word Alive drummer Luke Holland as a member. Along with Holland, the album had many guest appearances from the likes of Periphery's Mark Holcomb & Spencer Sotelo, Vocalist Lukas Magyar of Veil of Maya, and Jeff Loomis.
