Outliers Entertainment artist J. Arrr, best known for his wittiness and clever wordplay, is a fairly new emcee from Wilson, North Carolina. He has recently released a number of projects; one with notable producer, Nicholas Craven. The "Hoop Dreams" EP was his foot in the door, so to speak. His more recent work with producers Ayo Shamir and Greeneryy is nothing short of amazing though. He has also sparred with some heavy hitters. The likes of Ransom, Elzhi, Mickey Factz, and more.
