Rapper HUEY V pens lyrics fueled with pain and resilience while keeping the Midwest on his back. Born and raised in some of Milwaukee’s toughest hoods, HUEY V takes pride in showing that there is more to his city. Huey V wrote his first rap ever at 10 years old, inspired by Kanye West’s “Power”.
In 2020, he caught the ear of hip-hop legend Memphis Bleek, who immediately signed him to Warehouse Music Group. Immediately after releasing his debut single “No Regrets”. Through his use of poetic punchlines and melodic raps, he explores realities of life while celebrating the success of making it out of the hood.
