Henosis Music

Henosis Music was founded in Nashville, Tennessee in early 2018 by drummer-singer songwriter Brandon Jenkins. Struggling with constant stuttering, Brandon partially uses his music to overcome the impediment he has dealt with since age 7. Devoting his time solely to playing percussion from the age of 4, Brandon has remained unfamiliar with chord structures or music theory. Because of this, he relies on "melodies coming into his head" and his voice recorder for the foundations of his songs. When he met Kurt David Jansohn, a producer, guitarist and vocalist living in Virginia Beach in 2021, Kurt immediately took interest in Brandon's songs, and used his production, guitar and bass skills to critically contribute to Henosis Music, by bringing Brandon's unique melodies and uplifting lyrics to life through his studio, at Third Island Productions. Brandon records all of his vocals and percussion at his own home in Nashville and the two work on songs together from over 700 miles away through video chats and sending files back and forth. Recently, their debut single was released Sept 1st, with a follow up single coming Oct 1st and many more to follow.
