Haptic

Since 2005, Chicago-based experimentalists Haptic (Steven Hess, Joseph Clayton Mills, and Adam Sonderberg) have explored the intersection between composition and improvisation in concerts, installations, and critically acclaimed recordings. Members of the group have recorded for a multitude of labels including Editions Mego, Relapse, Utech, Thrill Jockey, Kranky, and Umor Rex among others.
