German organist and composer of the Baroque Era (born 02 September 1661 in Hohenkirchen (Thüringen), died 18 May 1733 in Lüneburg).
He had an academic education at the Jena university (±1684). Starting from 1690, he worked in Hamburg, from 1698 he was organist at the Johanneskirche in Lüneburg until he died in 1733.
