Blues singer, guitarist and harmonica player, born March 20, 1909 in Washington, Georgia, USA, died in 2002 (heart attack).
Edwards grew up in Florida, where he met Tampa Red, and encountered Tommy McClennan, who saw to that he was recorded by OKeh in 1941. He recorded again for Regal in 1949 (not released at the time) and for Trix in 1972 (resulting in his one LP).
