Emil Ernebro

Swedish guitarist, born March 3, 1987 in Bengtsfors living in Ytterby.

For two years, Emil Ernebro studied acoustic guitar at the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles and won the Outstanding Player award there. In 2009, he won 1st prize in the category "Young talents" at the Uppsala International Guitar Festival, received this year's Hagström scholarship, and won 1st prize in the category "Up and coming" (Young promising artist) for the Guitar Peoples Prize, which was awarded at Fasching in Stockholm in March 2010. He has played with, among others, Jojje Wadenius, Pete Huttlinger, Janne Schaffer and Tommy Emmanuel. In 2011, he released his first album "Handmade", which also features Jojje Wadenius and Staffan Astner.
