Easton Corbin

About this artist

At the behest of the neo-traditional country singer's cousin, Mercury Nashville Records signed Floridian Easton Corbin in July 2009 and quickly launched his career with the Rory Lee Feek-penned single "A Little More Country Than That," released that same month. Drawing vocal comparisons to George Strait, and with understated guitar-bass-fiddle accompaniment (as well as classic pedal-steel touches), Corbin's debut single made it to No. 9 on the Billboard Hot Country Chart. His eponymous debut surfaced in March 2010. Two years later, his sophomore effort, All Over the Road followed.
