Delyth Jenkins

About this artist

Delyth Jenkins plays the Celtic harp and her repertoire includes her own arrangements of traditional music from Wales and the other Celtic nations, although it is perhaps her own compositions that have made the most lasting impression.
As well as playing solo, she has also played in various groups including the highly acclaimed instrumental trio Aberjaber.
She also composes for the theatre, and works with the poet Emily Hinshelwood, creating music in response to her words.
Her latest collaboration is with her daughter Angharad Jenkins. The mother and daughter duo on harp and fiddle are known as DnA, and they have recently released their debut album together Adnabod on the Fflach:tradd label.
