Ok, I borrowed this quote from Mr. Sparks but it sums it up nicely.
I’m an introvert that’s tries to bare his heart and soul with music, it’s a conundrum. 🤪
But it’s for the joy of music, not fame or fortune. (Obvs 😂) 

Like many people, I've had some good times but also been through some dark times.
Depression & anxiety have been a part of me for a while, but everyday, I fight the good fight towards the light. ☀️ 


But, I truly believe, when things get bad, music can be therapeutic & it certainly has helped me.


These songs have been the soundtrack to the journey of my life with its ups & downs, its trials & tribulations...
…of experiences lived, emotions felt, & lessons learned.
