Icelandic musician based i Berlin, Germany. He was due to represent Iceland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 with the song "Think About Things", before the event was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He is set to represent Iceland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2021.
In Söngvakeppnin (the islandic preselection for the ESC) and Eurovision he performes with his group Gagnamagnið, now collectively credited as Daði og Gagnamagnið.
